Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  Upload clear images of the product, including the outer packaging and batch number, to help our team verify the condition of the items.

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, place the product in its original packaging with all seals intact to ensure it is not damaged during the reverse pickup process.

  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
